“…Codename Proton, second Lieutenant…"
In the Johtoan army, Lance Milas, codename Proton, joined as a medic. Not his first choice of occupation, but they had enough soldiers to run headfirst into battle, not enough to actually deal with the aftermath. Unfortunately, his entire squadron was ambushed in the middle of the night and taken as prisoners of war, used as test subjects for an organization only know as ‘The facility.’ Only four of his squad survived. Himself, Elena 'Tidbit’ McKenzie, Tobias 'Clue’ Leary, and Alyx 'Crunch’ Olsen. All four of them, however, only lived because they had been spliced with a pokemon. Proton with a Golbat, Tidbit with a misdrevus, Clue with a Liepard and Crunch with a Houndoom.
